He gave up back-to-back doubles to Raimel Tapia and Gerardo Parra to start the game then allowed just two more hits and struck out four in his three innings. … LHP Scott Alexander struggled through a one-run inning that included two singles, two walks and two wild pitches. … RHP Pedro Baez also had a rough inning, allowing a run on three hits.HITTING REPORT: Dodgers manager Dave Roberts called Hernandez “a lefty killer” earlier this week (the stats back him up) but said he thinks Hernandez has made changes in his swing and approach that will lead to more success (and playing time) against right-handed pitchers this season.
